About Your Walls (and Skim Coating)
Florida walls are almost always textured. With lighter wallpapers, that texture telegraphs through and you can see and feel it in the finished install. That's where Level 5 skim coating comes in: it flattens the wall so the wallpaper sits clean.
We do skim coating in-house. Most installers don't, which means a separate sub and a separate schedule. With us, one team handles both. Whether your project actually needs it depends on the wallpaper you've chosen and the current condition of your walls. We'll tell you straight at the on-site visit.

No, we're labor only. You source the wallpaper, we install it. The benefit is you get to choose exactly the brand, pattern, and price point you want without any markup from us. We'll give you exact order quantities at the on-site visit, so you don't end up short or sitting on extras.
Yes. Every install we do is backed by a 2-year workmanship warranty. If seams separate, panels peel, or anything goes wrong with the install itself, we come back and fix it. Material defects are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Peel-and-stick wallpaper is excluded because the adhesive isn't reliable enough for us to stand behind.
We're typically booking about a week out for residential projects. Once your wallpaper is on site, we need 3 to 5 days minimum lead time to schedule the install. For premium designer wallpapers with long lead times, we'll quote and schedule around the material's arrival.
