Commercial Wallcovering Installation in Tampa, FL
Commercial Projects
At Pro Wallcoverings, we don’t just cover walls — we elevate projects through partnership. Our team works hand-in-hand with general contractors, designers, and project managers to deliver precision installations that protect your schedule, your reputation, and your design vision. Every finish reflects the craftsmanship and coordination that define a successful build.
We understand that commercial work runs on trust and timing. That’s why we show up prepared, communicate clearly, and deliver consistent quality from kickoff to closeout. Whether it’s a boutique hotel, a corporate space, or a healthcare environment, we bring efficiency, professionalism, and pride to every surface we touch.
How We Work With Commercial Teams
Every project follows the same four steps. Clean coordination, no surprises on site.
Where Our Commercial Work Happens
Commercial wallcovering is not one job type. The spec, the schedule pressure, and the level of finish all shift depending on what the building is for, and we work across the full range:
- Office spaces and corporate interiors
- Healthcare facilities
- Retail environments
- Multifamily common areas
- Hotels and other hospitality properties
- Public buildings
We take on both new construction and renovation work. On a new build we are one more trade sequenced into the finish schedule. On a renovation there is usually an existing condition to deal with first, which means removal and wall prep carry as much weight as the install itself.
The area we cover
We are based in the Tampa Bay area and serve commercial clients across St. Petersburg, Sarasota, Clearwater, and greater Florida. For multi-location or regional hospitality projects we travel throughout the state and beyond, depending on scope. If you are not sure whether your site is in range, send the address along with your scope and we will confirm.
Wall Systems and Finishes We Install
We install every major category of commercial wall finish. Our installers are trained on the complex materials and large-format systems that require precision, alignment, and care:
- Type I, II, and III vinyl wallcoverings
- Acoustical wall panels and fabric-wrapped systems
- Architectural wall panels in wood, laminate, metal, and composite
- Wall protection panels and impact-resistant finishes
- Murals, digital graphics, and specialty designer wallcoverings
Product review before the order goes in
If you want a second set of eyes on a finish schedule, we will review the selections and help confirm that each material suits the substrate, the use, and the environmental conditions it is going into. We can also tell you what the surface prep is going to involve and what the maintenance requirements look like once the space is occupied, so the installation performs long term rather than just looking right at turnover.
Wall prep is part of the scope
Almost every wall in Florida starts out textured, and texture telegraphs through wallcovering if it is not flattened first. We handle Level 5 skim coating in-house, so you do not need to schedule a separate drywall finisher ahead of us. Whether a given wall needs it depends on the material and the existing condition, and we will tell you straight at the site walk.
COIs and Submittals
We provide all required COIs, safety certifications, and submittal documentation before we start on site.
OSHA Standards
Our operations meet OSHA standards, and we follow GC site protocols for safety, cleanliness, and professionalism.
Phased and Multi-Floor
We routinely run large-scale installations, including multi-floor projects and phased renovations, and mobilize to your sequencing.
How to Send Us a Scope
Send your project scope, plans, and finish schedule through the site or by email. We will review the documents, confirm quantities, and come back with a detailed, competitive proposal that includes realistic lead times and installation windows. On larger projects we walk the site before we finalize anything.
Once the work is awarded we line up with your PM or superintendent, slot into the build schedule, and get COIs and submittals over before we mobilize. Crews show up on time, work around the other trades, and keep the area clean as we go. Most commercial installations run two to three days on site, and we close out with punch-out, a full cleanup, and a 2-year workmanship warranty on the install.
