02

We come to the project to measure, quote, and confirm exact order quantities so nothing comes up short.
03

Designer lead times often run 4 to 6 weeks. Once the wallpaper arrives, we need 3 to 5 days minimum to install.
04
Install & Hand Off
We install with the care premium materials require, document the finished work for your portfolio, and back the install with a 2-year warranty.

Materials We Handle for Designers

The material you specify decides how the install has to be run. We are experienced with the full range of designer and specialty wallcoverings, and each one comes with its own handling requirements:

  • Hand-printed and natural materials including grasscloth, silk, cork, and linen
  • Custom murals and digital prints
  • Textiles and high-end paper-backed fabrics
  • Performance vinyls and specialty finishes
  • Acoustic and architectural wall panels integrated into a design scheme

Our installers know the specific challenges these materials present, from delicate handling and seam alignment through to managing lot variations and edge treatments. Natural materials carry some variation by definition, and part of the job is sequencing panels so that variation reads as intentional rather than as a mistake.

The Brands We Install

We regularly install products from the leading designer houses, including Phillip Jeffries, Schumacher, Arte, Thibaut, and Elitis. If your material carries specific manufacturer requirements, we review those before installation so compliance and warranty integrity stay intact.

How we protect the face of the material

Most face damage on premium wallcovering does not happen during the hang. It happens afterwards, when someone wipes adhesive off the surface. On double-cut seams we use a painter's tape and glue protection technique that keeps the adhesive off the face in the first place, so there is nothing to wipe. Panels are pre-cut and sequenced before any paste goes on, which matters on hand-printed and large-repeat patterns where a quarter inch out of alignment is visible from across the room.

Long lead times, planned around

Designer lead times often run four to six weeks, and reorders are slow. We do the on-site quote and measurement first, then schedule the install once the material lands. Once your wallcovering is on site we need three to five days minimum to schedule. Because a reorder can cost you the deadline, we measure carefully and waste nothing.

Takeoffs, Quantities, and Site Readiness

We can help verify wallcovering quantities, pattern repeats, and layout considerations before anything is ordered. That is the cheapest hour in the project. It prevents overages, prevents shortages, and surfaces the layout problems while they are still on paper instead of on the wall.

When the wall is not ready

Lighter and hand-printed materials show every imperfection in the surface underneath. Florida walls are almost always textured, so we handle Level 5 skim coating in-house when a project needs it, which saves you from coordinating a separate drywall finisher into the schedule. If a surface is not ready or a material behaves unexpectedly on site, we identify the issue, talk through options, and resolve it without compromising the design intent.

Working alongside the GC

We often act as the bridge between the designer and the general contractor, making sure the installation details line up with the wider construction schedule. We handle site coordination, sequencing, and any punch-out so you can stay on the design. Quotes can go to you or directly to your client, whichever way the project is set up, and we can keep the client looped in or out accordingly.

Quotes Your Way

We can quote to you or directly to your client, whichever suits how the project is set up.

Documented for Your Portfolio

We document the finished work so you have images of the install for your own portfolio.

2-Year Warranty

Every install is backed by a 2-year workmanship warranty. Materials stay covered by the manufacturer.
